Orbit Jump – Privacy Policy

Orbit Jump (package com.orbitjump.game) is a free game made by an independent developer. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and the choices you have.

Data you provide

• Player name – the nickname you type is shown on the public leaderboards (all-time, weekly and daily) together with your score.
• Google sign-in (optional) – if you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account ID through Firebase Authentication to keep your cloud save. We do not use your email for marketing.

Data collected automatically

• Game progress – scores, crystals, items, missions and settings are stored on your device, and in Firebase Cloud Firestore if you sign in (cloud save) or appear on a leaderboard.
• Usage analytics – Google Firebase Analytics records in-app events such as starting or finishing a game, mode played, score, missions claimed and ads watched, along with device type, OS version, approximate country and an app instance ID. We use this only to understand which features players enjoy and to improve the game.
• Crash reports – Firebase Crashlytics collects crash and error logs (device model, OS version, app state at the time of the crash) to fix bugs.
• Google Play Games Services (achievements) – if you use Google Play Games, Google shares your Play Games player ID and gamer profile (name, avatar) with the game so your achievements can be unlocked. Your Play Games profile and achievements are managed by Google and can be removed in the Play Games app or your Google Account.
• App integrity checks – Firebase App Check uses the Google Play Integrity API to confirm that requests come from the genuine app on a real device. This protects the leaderboards from abuse; it does not identify you personally.
• Advertising – Google AdMob shows ads and may collect the advertising ID, IP address and device information to serve and measure ads. In the EEA/UK you are asked for consent first and can change it at any time from “Privacy options” in the app menu.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app schedules reminders on your device (daily streak, “come back” messages). These are local notifications; no data is sent to a server for them.

We do not sell your data. Data is shared with these providers only so they can provide their service to the app.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account, cloud save and leaderboard entries at any time with “Delete account” in the app menu or at orbit-jump-73b68.web.app/delete-account. Analytics data is kept by Google for up to 14 months; crash reports for up to 90 days. Uninstalling the app removes all local data.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

All data is transferred over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we use reasonable measures to protect it.

Senin verdiğin bilgiler

Otomatik toplanan veriler

• Oyun ilerlemesi – skor, kristal, eşya, görev ve ayarlar cihazında; giriş yaptıysan veya skor tablosuna girdiysen Firebase Cloud Firestore'da saklanır.
• Kullanım analizi – Google Firebase Analytics oyun başlatma/bitirme, oynanan mod, skor, alınan görevler ve izlenen reklamlar gibi olayları; cihaz türü, işletim sistemi sürümü, yaklaşık ülke ve uygulama kurulum kimliğiyle birlikte kaydeder. Bunu yalnızca oyunu geliştirmek için kullanırız.
• Çökme raporları – Firebase Crashlytics hataları düzeltmek için çökme kayıtlarını (cihaz modeli, sürüm, çökme anındaki durum) toplar.
• Google Play Oyun Hizmetleri (başarımlar) – Google Play Games kullanıyorsan Google, başarımların açılabilmesi için Play Games oyuncu kimliğini ve oyuncu profilini (ad, avatar) oyunla paylaşır. Play Games profilin ve başarımların Google tarafından yönetilir; Play Games uygulamasından veya Google Hesabından silebilirsin.
• Uygulama bütünlüğü kontrolü – Firebase App Check, isteklerin gerçek bir cihazdaki gerçek uygulamadan geldiğini doğrulamak için Google Play Integrity API kullanır. Bu, skor tablolarını kötüye kullanıma karşı korur; seni kişisel olarak tanımlamaz.
• Reklam – Google AdMob reklam göstermek ve ölçmek için reklam kimliği, IP adresi ve cihaz bilgisi toplayabilir. AB/İngiltere'de önce iznin istenir; menüdeki “Gizlilik seçenekleri” ile istediğin zaman değiştirebilirsin.

Bildirimler

Bildirimlere izin verirsen uygulama cihazında hatırlatmalar planlar (günlük seri, “geri dön” mesajları). Bunlar yerel bildirimlerdir, sunucuya veri gönderilmez.

Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

Google Play Hizmetleri, Google AdMob ve Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, App Check), Google Play Oyun Hizmetleri ve Play Integrity API. Verilerini satmayız; yalnızca bu sağlayıcılar hizmetlerini sunabilsin diye paylaşılır.

Saklama ve silme

Hesabını, bulut kaydını ve skor tablosu kayıtlarını uygulama menüsündeki “Hesabı sil” ile veya orbit-jump-73b68.web.app/delete-account adresinden istediğin zaman silebilirsin. Analiz verileri Google tarafından en fazla 14 ay, çökme raporları en fazla 90 gün saklanır. Uygulamayı kaldırmak tüm yerel verileri siler.

Çocuklar

Oyun 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan kişisel veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun veri verdiğini düşünüyorsan bize yaz, sileriz.

Güvenlik, değişiklikler ve iletişim
